Progressive? Define That, Please

Today I got around to reading one of my subscription magazines a tad late.  It was only a month late, though, so that’s not too bad.  I’ve done worse.

John Nichols has a fine article in the April 2016 issue of The Progressive magazine.  He addresses the history behind the use of the word — you guessed it — “progressive.”

A link to Mr. Nichols’ article appears below.  Please read it before you decide on your own definition of the word.  It’s especially important this year, when the two Democratic Primary candidates for President are debating the concept.
